Josh McGrath is a lifelong West Virginia resident, auto enthusiast, speaker, investor, and entrepreneur. He began selling real estate immediately after graduating high school at just 18 years old. In 2001, he and business partner Angie McCown formed a team, listing and selling together. In 2005, they opened Real Estate Central in Charleston, West Virginia.

In June of 2020, during the Covid 19 pandemic, Josh affiliated the company with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, becoming the first and only BHGRE company in West Virginia at the time. Josh currently holds his real estate license in West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, and South Carolina.

Today, that original vision has expanded far beyond one office. There are now seven BHGRE Central offices across West Virginia and in Ashland, Kentucky, three BHGRE Redd, Brown & Williams offices in Eastern Kentucky, and one BHGRE Redd, Brown & Williams office in Ohio, for a combined total of nearly 160 agents serving clients throughout the tri-state area.
